Nossa Ciranda

Victor Mendes' first solo album. The album is the result of a partnership with poet Paulo Nunes, who wrote most of the lyrics on the album. An acoustic setting, in which the guitar and viola are always present, creates a sound unity for the work. The influence of regional music, rock, jazz and folk music is very present, which means that the album does not follow any specific genre, finding its unity precisely in the diversity of the songs. With several special guests, such as Ricardo Vignini and Karine Telles, the work was awarded the ProAC prize for circulation of song shows.
